you around your waist from behind.

time you are attacked your brain assesses the situation
you are in very quickly. Try not to get nervous and
remain as calm as you can. Believe in your self and
your ability to defend yourself. You will change your
life with this belief. Try to memorize each scenario
and practice it about 300 times with a partner until
it stays in your memory. In a real situation you won't
have time to think - you must be able to react as fast
as possible. A few seconds could save your life.

Attention enthusiasts - To be safe, be careful not to
strike your practice partner in the temple..
If someone grabs you from behind, take a fraction of a second
to assess your options. Often an attacker will leave his/her
head open to attack from elbow strikes.

Use your body motion combined with your arm power to strike
behind you at your attacker's jaw or temple. Where you are
able to strike depends on the height of your opponent.

Quickly rotate your body to the other side and use this rotational
energy to strike your opponent on the other side of his/her
jaw or temple.
Once released, run away and call the police.
