time you are attacked your brain assesses the situation
you are in very quickly. Try not to get nervous and
remain as calm as you can. Believe in your self and
your ability to defend yourself. You will change your
life with this belief. Try to memorize each scenario
and practice it about 300 times with a partner until
it stays in your memory. In a real situation you won't
have time to think - you must be able to react as fast
as possible. A few seconds could save your life.

Attention enthusiasts - To be safe, be careful not to strike
them in the diaphragm or the groin.
If someone attempts to get you in a choke hold from behind,
try to place your chin in your attacker's elbow. (to prevent
loss of consciousness). Bring one arm up, with your elbow
ready to strike.

Bring your elbow down with as much force as possible to
your attacker's diaphragm.

With the knife edge of your hand strike your attacker to
the groin as hard as you can.
Once you feel your attacker release you, run away and call
the police.
