you around your throat.

time you are attacked your brain assesses the situation
you are in very quickly. Try not to get nervous and
remain as calm as you can. Believe in your self and
your ability to defend yourself. You will change your
life with this belief. Try to memorize each scenario
and practice it about 300 times with a partner until
it stays in your memory. In a real situation you won't
have time to think - you must be able to react as fast
as possible. A few seconds could save your life.

Attention enthusiasts - in order to keep you and your partner
safe, be careful of your partners nose. When you move your head
back, be careful not to strike their face.
Bring your arms up forcefully *inside* of your attacker's
arms.

Bring your arms up and out and force your attacker's arms
from your throat.

With both hands, strike down towards the base of your attacker's
neck. There is a soft muscle group in this area which, when
hit, will cause pain.
Once you have struck your opponent, run away and call the
police for help.
