time you are attacked your brain assesses the situation
you are in very quickly. Try not to get nervous and
remain as calm as you can. Believe in your self and
your ability to defend yourself. You will change your
life with this belief. Try to memorize each scenario
and practice it about 300 times with a partner until
it stays in your memory. In a real situation you won't
have time to think - you must be able to react as fast
as possible. A few seconds could save your life.

Attention enthusiasts - in order to keep you and your partner
safe, be careful of your partners nose. When you move your head
back, be careful not to strike their face.
When someone attacks from behind, assess who is behind you
and if they are a serious threat.

Use the back of your head to strike your attacker's nose.
This will cause the attacker pain, and should loosen their
grip around your waist.

Bend forward and grab your attacker's front foot behind
the ankle, and pull your attacker's leg upwards.

If you are in a serious situation, you can pull the leg up
high enough so that your attacker's knee is forced into a
hyper-extended position where the knee can break.

Pulling your attacker's foot forward and up will cause your
attacker to lose balance, and they will fall backwards on
to the ground.
